Annual Summary
Oregon ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) have been submitting adverse event reports to the Oregon Patient Safety Commission since 2007. The 2010 Ambulatory Surgery Center Report: Reporting Summary & Tools for Improvement, summarizes the adverse event data reported by ASCs last year. ASCs can use the report as a tool to inform and prioritize their organization’s patient safety initiatives.
