Annual Summary
Oregon nursing homes have been submitting adverse event reports to the Oregon Patient Safety Commission since 2007. The 2010 Nursing Home Report: Reporting Summary & Tools for Improvement, summarizes the adverse event data reported by nursing homes last year. Nursing homes can use the report as a tool to inform and prioritize each organization’s patient safety initiatives.
