The Oregon Patient Safety Commission is an agency entrusted with serving all Oregonians and Oregon’s healthcare community. Our mission is to reduce the risk of serious patient harm events and encourage a culture of patient safety in Oregon. We can’t do this important work alone, and your voice is critical!
You are invited to an hour-long virtual roundtable to share your thoughts and insights to help inform our strategic plan. And to thank you for your time and effort, we will be sending every participant in the session a $10 Amazon gift card. The meeting will be facilitated by an outside consultant, Vanessa Becker, President & Principal at V Consulting & Associates, Inc.
