Pathway to Accountability, Compassion, and Transparency Collaborative (PACT): Oregon Opportunities
We are excited to share two opportunities for Oregon healthcare organizations to join us in our work with the Pathway to Accountability, Compassion, and Transparency (PACT)—a learning community dedicated to improving the way healthcare responds to harm.
Two PACT Opportunities to Meet Your Organization’s Needs
PACT offers different levels of support to help ensure that every healthcare organization has a comprehensive, highly reliable process in place for responding when patients are harmed by their care, called a Communication and Resolution Program (CRP). CRPs help improve patient safety, supports clinicians and caregivers, and can reduce litigation and claims costs for organizations.
PACT Collaborative
Organizations that are ready for full implementation of a CRP can join in a one-year collaborative learning cohort with learning sessions, an expert faculty coach, and access additional support as needed while implementing all aspects of the PACT Change Package.
PACT Community of Practice
Individuals and organizations who are new in their journey and want to learn more about CRPs can have access to the PACT Change Package, a community forum, monthly webinars, and quarterly office hours with expert faculty.
PACT Collaborative Oregon Cohort
OPSC is partnering with PACT to offer an exciting opportunity for Oregon healthcare organizations to participate in the PACT Collaborative’s first Oregon Cohort. This cohort will ultimately become a foundation for continued collaboration and encourage the equitable spread of CRPs throughout our state.
Financial Support Opportunity
OPSC is offering a limited number of partial scholarships to Oregon healthcare organizations that will cover half the cost of participation in the PACT Collaborative.
