Get involved with the Oregon Patient Safety Commission (OPSC). The OPSC Board of Directors and Task Force on Resolution of Adverse Healthcare Incidents (Task Force) have exciting opportunities for you to get involved in reducing the risk of serious adverse events occurring in Oregon’s healthcare system and ensuring that all Oregonians have a way to resolve matters when medical care doesn’t go as planned.

  • Healthcare Consumer (this individual, or any member of their immediate family, may not provide or be involved in healthcare delivery)

  • Hospital Administrator (or their designee)

  • Pharmacist

  • Private Purchaser (this individual, or any member of their immediate family, may not provide or be involved in healthcare delivery)

  • Physician (in active practice)

  • Trial Lawyer (available June 2022)
