On June 22, 2023, we partnered with the Pathway to Accountability, Compassion, and Transparency (PACT) Collaborative to present an information session about the PACT Collaborative Oregon Cohort.

The PACT Collaborative Oregon Cohort is an exciting opportunity for Oregon healthcare organizations to participate in a learning collaborative dedicated to helping each other establish a highly reliable, holistic process for responding to and learning from patient harm.

We’re offering a limited number of partial scholarships to Oregon healthcare organizations that will cover half the cost of participation in the PACT Collaborative.
