The Oregon Patient Safety Commission is an agency entrusted with serving all Oregonians and Oregon’s healthcare community. Our mission is to reduce the risk of serious adverse events and encourage a culture of patient safety in Oregon. We can’t do this important work alone, and your voice is critical in helping to develop our strategic plan.
Please hold Monday, February 5, 2024, from 2:00pm-3:00pm for a virtual, hour-long meeting that will be facilitated by an outside consultant. This is your time to share your thoughts and insights to help inform our strategic plan.
