At the Oregon Patient Safety Commission, we’re constantly working to improve the Patient Safety Reporting Program (PSRP) online system. We recently released a new PSRP Knowledge Base—a self-serve online library of information about PSRP—that gives users easy access to important program information and resources, when they need it, and offers a simplified user experience.
