Share Your Facility’s Patient Safety Priorities with Us

A lot has changed in the field of patient safety since the Oregon Patient Safety Commission (OPSC) was created in 2003. Our Board of Directors has tasked us with gathering information about the current patient safety needs of Oregon's healthcare system. We’re seeking Oregon healthcare professionals who oversee patient safety or quality functions in their facilities to participate in a short interview about their patient safety priorities. We’ll be conducting interviews throughout the month of April.

The information you share will help us identify opportunities for improving Oregon’s Patient Safety Reporting Program to meet changing needs and inform how we use our resources to support Oregon’s healthcare community.
