2016 PSRP Annual Report
The Oregon Patient Safety Commission (OPSC) publishes an annual summary report to give a statewide, aggregate picture of the information reported to the Patient Safety Reporting Program (PSRP). Our larger goal is to use this data to help healthcare facilities identify and implement the best practices needed to prevent patient harm.
