Technical Troubleshooting FAQs
If you are having technical issues preventing EDR account or email access, our browser recommendations and FAQs may be able to help. If you don’t find the answer to your question here, please contact us.

We recommend accessing the online systems using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Our systems will not function in any version of Internet Explorer or in browsers not listed here. If you can’t switch browsers on your own, please work with your Information Technology (IT) department.

If your log in isn't working, try these strategies:
Make sure caps lock is off
Make sure capitalized and lowercased letters are exactly as shown
Don’t copy and paste the username or password; try entering each by hand to ensure no hidden spaces are being added

As a security precaution, the online systems will automatically log out users after 15 minutes of inactivity.

If you forget your password, take the following steps:
On the login page, Select “Forgot your password?” and follow the prompts.
You will receive an email with a unique code.
Provide the unique code on the password assistance page.
Choose a new password.

To ensure that you receive our emails, please make sure that our domain name, @oregonpatientsafety.org, is on your email client’s safe sender list. Please work with your IT department to add our domain to your safe sender list.

If you are having trouble accessing the online system for PSRP or EDR or are experiencing other technical issues, please work with your IT department to implement the following troubleshooting strategies:
Internet Browser: Ensure your internet browser is up to date and that it is a browser that is compatible with our systems (see question above)
Java Script: Ensure that Java Script is enabled in your browser.
Cookies: Ensure that Cookies are allowed from the PSRP and EDR secure websites.
Firewall: Ensure that your organization’s firewall is set to allow you access to the PSRP and EDR secure websites.
