On June 18, 2026, the Oregon Patient Safety Commission (OPSC) filed a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking with the Secretary of State’s office. View this notice, which includes the proposed changes.
Caption: Update Annual Patient Safety Reporting Program (PSRP) Fee Table to reflect 2027 fees
Statement of Need: PSRP fees are adjusted based on the Consumer Price Index. The OPSC Board of Directors reviews and approves these changes in June each year. The fee table in rule 325-011-0055 must be updated to reflect these changes.
